Claire initially came to yoga during a stressfull time in her life, and soon discovered both the physical and psychological benefits. Yoga allowed her to learn to breathe properly and release anxiety as well enjoying to stretch and move the body.
Having benefitted from going to a regular yoga class, Claire stopped yoga for a long period after having her first son. When she returned to practicing yoga her then toddler loved to join in. This lead Cliare to discover the benefits of yoga for kids and she has since completed the 'YogaBugs' kids training course.
Claire now enjoys teaching kids of all ages, especially big kids! She has practise and learned from a variety of traditions and uses a combination of these styles in her own teaching.
Claire encourages her students to listen to their own body with a focus on breathing and alignment. Her classes are calm, friendly and suitable for people of all levels.
