Berlinda started her yoga journey over 8 years ago in Sydney, Australia and it has stolen her heart ever since.  Her practice has helped her to grow stronger, be more flexible and achieve good balance both on and off the mat. 

 Berlinda has completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with the renowned Tribe Yoga School in Edinburgh. She is very excited to share her knowledge and passion with her students, to help them find peace within themselves and muscles they didn’t know they had! In her classes she loves to combine creative sequencing with building strength and range of movement, that will leave you feeling longer, happier and stronger.
