Julia’s personal experience of Pilates has helped her achieve a healthier balance of strength and flexibility. Julia was first introduced to Pilates 15 years ago following an injury, which lead to an ongoing back problem.

The restorative results of Pilates have helped her to achieve fitness goals and the physical demands of having a young family.

Julia began a comprehensive teacher training, studying with MK Pilates and qualified as an instructor in January 2019.

Passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with others, she continues to learn and develop her practice and is completing her Diploma.

Julia teaches group mat work classes for beginners to intermediate, Pilates Barre and also offers private 1:1 lessons.
