Pip has been working within the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. After doing a short stint in Nursing, she decided to turn her focus to health promotion and qualified as a Health and Lifestyle Coach in 1998. In 2001 she gained a first class degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and then went on to develop her skills completing further courses in Nutrition, Cardiac Rehab and G.P referral. Since then she has been helping many clients with various medical conditions and digestive issues. More recently Pip has completed an MSc. In Nutritional Science achieving a distinction, and will have her research paper on prebiotics published later this year.

She now specialises in helping clients get back to optimal health using nutritional intervention and lifestyle advice, whether it be for general wellbeing or weight loss. Her person centred focus and compassionate nature allow clients to feel confident that they are getting the best advice and support both during and after consultations.
